Amid a major concern over the global spread of the Coronavirus, our Senior Management have investigated all details that can be of potential risk on our Supply Chain and how this may affect our performance and service levels to our customers. We are pleased to confirm that at this time we have no concerns over our ability to supply stock SKUs or bespoke items in the next 20+ weeks. We believe that the probability of disruption is very minimal.

BRENMOOR regularly attend regional one day meetings related to blood transfusion. Mainly to demonstrate our baby wristbands which we believe are the softest and most practical available anywhere in the world and also of course the ever popular Blood Bag Tags. The next South Central Regional Transfusion Committee meeting will be held at The Regency Park Hotel, Thatcham on the 17th of September 2014. We are delighted to be invited and support the event.

We are delighted to announce that BRENMOOR wristbands will be used inside a new and brilliant mobile application designed by Kodit and distributed by BlueStar. A suite of easy to use, web enabled care modules, for use in both Hospitals and Community Care. Each CAREMagic module,  accredited to ISB 1077, addresses a specific set of health procedures/pathways, allowing users to generate auditable proof of outcomes, whilst at the same time both increasing efficiency and reducing cost.

Following the initial success of the first version of the patented Blood Bag tag BRENMOOR have re-designed the product to add even more functionality. Blood unit identification is an area that is governed by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) and the tag complies with all aspects of their guidance. As hospitals move to identify units of fluid or blood as efficiently as possible the advantages of the tag are immediately recognisable. They are simple to use and implement are economically priced, print without inks and have no need for luggage tags and string to attach them to the unit of fluid.

It’s been one month since we exhibited at Arab Health 2012 and following a busy event which showcased the relaunch of our new Blood Bag Tag amongst our other range of hospital bracelets, hospital labels and Patient ID solutions, we have seen a positive increase in business. Most notable of our recent successes has been the amount of interest we have been getting from worldwide distributors, particularly within new territories such as Qatar, Russia, Portugal and Brazil.

The Arab Health Exhibition & Congress is the largest event of its kind in the Middle East. Now in its 37th year, Arab Health provides an unrivalled platform for the world’s leading manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors to meet the medical and scientific community from the Middle East and beyond. BRENMOOR will be exhibiting once more at Arab Health in 2012 with full demonstration of our patient identification product ranges – hospital bracelets, blood bag tags, hospital labels and much more. The medical exhibition season starts again shortly and BRENMOOR will once again be exhibiting at the two largest in the world. We start at Medica in Dusseldorf from the 16th-19th of November 2011. We can be found on the British Pavilion in Hall 16 Stand G10. We have also secured another place at Arab Health in Dubai in January 2012. We will publish the details of where to find us nearer the event. At both events we will be showing our printable hospital wristbands, STAB labels and the brilliant and simple blood bag tag.

BRENMOOR’s world wide patented blood bag tag has been nominated for a medical innovations award. There is great excitement here at BRENMOOR as we wait for the decision from the panel. It is a great honour for us just to be recognised. The blood bag tag is a simple one piece design that is quick and easy to use and will securely identify the contents of a Blood bag as being compatible with a particular patient. It saves Blood Bank’s time and money.

BRENMOOR printable wristbands are used in more UK hospitals than any other printable wristbands. On the back of the success of the wristbands Brenmoor have released new products that hospitals now trust and rely on as much as they do the wristbands. PATscan replicates the patient information held on a wristband onto another wristband or label by simply scanning the barcode. It takes less than a second for the label to print an exact replica of the patient demographic onto this new label. It is quicker and more accurate than hand writing tube or sample labels as the chance of human error is completely removed.
