Having joined the NHS recently and inherited the project to roll-out a wristband printing solution across a large and diverse Trust, I was naturally concerned that there were multiple work-streams utilising several different resources and external suppliers.

I needn’t have worried about the wristbands themselves. Fortunately for me, the decision had already been made by my previous counterpart to use BRENMOOR as our media supplier and I haven’t looked back.

As with most projects of this magnitude, issues have been cropping up throughout relating to all manner of things, but where I’ve needed BRENMOOR to assist me, I’ve found them to be very helpful both in the speed of their response and their willingness to go that extra mile for our project.

BRENMOOR obviously have vast experience in this field being the market leader in the UK but it is refreshing to see that they haven’t lost the personal touch that is all too common these days.

I would certainly have no qualms about recommending BRENMOOR to any of my colleagues both within and outside of the NHS and on a personal note, look forward to a continued working relationship between our trust and BRENMOOR.
